Business Development (BD)


Job Responsibilities:


1. Responsible for market development within the assigned area and product line, completing various business development tasks set by the company.


2. Responsible for consulting, information gathering, and new customer development for the BD area.


3. Responsible for project negotiation, contract formulation, progress follow-up, and communication and coordination of after-sales work.


4. Regularly visit and contact customers to establish, develop, and maintain good, long-term customer relationships.


5. Responsible for urging and collecting payments, ensuring the timely recovery of sales funds, and coordinating the handling of customer complaints.


6. Cooperate with the marketing department to carry out related marketing activities, collect market information, and provide timely feedback.


7. Formulate work plans, regularly summarize work, and complete periodic sales reports.


8. Collect market development trends, analyze the dynamics of competitors and competitive products, and provide important references for new product development.


9. Other marketing-related work arranged by the leadership.


Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree or above in biomedical or related majors.


2. Preferably with more than 2 years of sales experience in the in vitro diagnostic industry.


3. Good communication and coordination skills, customer service awareness, and team spirit.


4. Proactive, responsible, agile thinking, honest and reliable, with a quick learning ability.


5. Strong execution and pressure management skills, able to patiently cooperate with the team to promote complex projects.


QA Engineer


Job Responsibilities:


1. Responsible for the monitoring of the environment in new factory workshops and validation and confirmation work, including process validation, cleaning validation, equipment validation, etc.


2. Responsible for the management of monitoring and measuring devices, including periodic metrology/verification work, ensuring all monitoring and measuring devices are under effective control.


3. Responsible for the control and management of quality management system documents.


4. Responsible for quality monitoring in the production process and supervising the work of quality inspectors.


5. Responsible for the collection and analysis of quality management data.


6. Responsible for the centralized management of improvements, corrections, and preventive measures.


7. Management and maintenance of public systems such as factory air conditioning and water.


8. Assist the work of the Quality Department Manager.


Qualifications:


1. College degree or above in biomedical or related majors.


2. Familiar with quality-related ISO systems, such as ISO 13485, ISO 14971, etc.


3. Good coordination and communication skills, including communication and coordination within the department and between other departments.


4. Meticulous work, attention to detail, and a certain sensitivity and insight into existing problems and potential risks.


5. Preferably with more than 3 years of experience in QA for medical devices, Class III IVD, or active equipment.


6. Preferably with experience in passing company product registration system assessments.


7. Preferably with experience in passing ISO 13485 system certification.


Medical Device R&D


Job Responsibilities:


1. Responsible for the compilation of technical and quality documents for medical device products, including R&D materials, quality standards, product data, and technical documentation.


2. Responsible for design reviews at various stages of product development, recommending suitable structures, materials, processing, and processes for product design, and carrying out process research and prototyping.


3. According to new national standards, carry out technical and process improvements for existing products.


4. Responsible for the design and transformation of new products, converting product technical specifications into production specifications.


5. Participate in the analysis and resolution of product production faults, part faults, and provide opinions on quality and technical issues.


6. Improve the quality of product materials and overall product quality according to market demand to meet the company's strategic requirements.


7. Responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of instruments and equipment.


Qualifications:


1. College degree or above in biomedical engineering or related majors, with 1-3 years of work experience.


2. Familiar with medical device-related laws, regulations, and product-related standards and processes.


3. Preferably with the ability to independently develop new products and transform technical achievements.


4. Strong practical ability, meticulous and responsible personality.


5. Proactive, able to withstand certain work pressure, and possessing a good team spirit.


Protein Engineer


Job Responsibilities:


1. Responsible for the development of purification and detection technology for new recombinant protein products and projects, as well as the development of production processes.


2. Responsible for establishing protein activity detection methods.


3. Responsible for optimizing the activity determination and characterization of recombinant protein products.


4. Responsible for completing other tasks assigned by leadership.


Qualifications:


1. Bachelor's degree or above in molecular biology, bioengineering, enzyme engineering, or related majors, with 2 years or more of work experience.


2. Capable of independently identifying and solving technical issues in the protein expression process.


3. Experience in recombinant protein expression and purification or detection is preferred.


Product Development Researcher


Job Responsibilities:


1. Participate in the research of molecular biology application projects within the company.


2. Assist in the initiation, development, optimization, and registration of new development projects.


3. Responsible for recording, organizing, and analyzing test data during product development.


Qualifications:


1. Master's degree or above in biology or chemistry, with or without experience.


2. Strong learning ability, independent thinking, trouble-shooting ability, understanding, communication skills, and a rigorous and dedicated work attitude, as well as excellent teamwork capabilities.


Sales Representitive


Job Responsibilities:


1. Responsible for sales work within the assigned area, completing various sales tasks set by the company.

Job Responsibilities:


1. Customer order maintenance, including production plan tracking, logistics shipping, and customer receipt.


2. Customer payment for shipments, including accounting, invoicing, payment tracking, and handling of abnormal payments.


3. Customer after-sales service, including after-sales returns, abnormal returns, and complaint handling.


4. Internal statistics and summary, including the establishment and summary of customer orders, shipments, payments, returns, complaints, and other ledgers.
