ERA technology


Enzymatic Recombinase Amplification (ERA ) Technology is a global leading and independent intellectual property isothermal nucleic acid amplification technology developed by GenDx Biotech. ERA employeed advanced Molecular Design, Directed Evolution, Affinity Mathematics and other techniques in the field of antibody pharmacy to transform and mutate specific enzymes from bacteria, viruses and bacteriophages. Following that, screening of functional mutants and optimizing of the combinations are conducted. The core recombination isothermal amplification system was obtained. The method was applied for Chinese patents and international patents 【ZL 2017 1 0317160.2,ZL 2018 1 0854104.7,ZL 2018 1 0505203.4,201910262085.3,202010160768,202010394538.0,202210193295.3  and PCT/2019/090586,PCT/2021/082213】. The method can specifically amplify trace target DNA fragments at a constant temperature between 30-45℃. At the optimal temperature of 35-45℃, the amplification process only takes 5-15 minutes. Its low temperature adaptability and sensitivity have made cutting-edge breakthroughs globally.
