DIV1-RPA-SYBR Green I Assay

DIV1-RPA-SYBR Green I assay was performed using GenDx Basic kits (KS101, GenDxBiotech, Suzhou, China). The 50 uL reaction system contained 20 uL of rehydration buffer5 uL of best primer pair, 2 uL of DIV1 recombinant plasmid, 21 uL of ddH,O, and 2 uL ofmagnesium acetate.
