Exciting Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager-Africa

Experience: 1-3+ years as Medical Representative in Medical Devices (POCT/Molecular Diagnostics preferred)

We're seeking a driven Medical Representative to lead market development for our mPOCT products.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new distributors

Organize product demos, meetings, and workshops for distributors, doctors, and labs tech

Achieve sales targets by promoting products to distributors, doctors, hospitals, labs, and clinics 

Build relationships with healthcare, Labs Tech professionals and distributors

Ensure daily follow-up of distributors, product registration, healthcare professionals and sales 

Provide daily reports

Monitor market trends and report sales performance

Requirements :

Proven sales success in Rwanda healthcare market

Strong knowledge of local distributors, HCPs, and regulations for IVD

Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solver, and relationship skills

Fluent in English; Extensive travel required
