We're seeking a driven Medical Representative to lead sales and market growth for our mPOCT products .

Key Responsibilities 
Achieve sales targets by promoting products to doctors, hospitals, labs, and clinics 
Identify and onboard new distributors 
Build relationships with healthcare professionals 
Organize product demos, meetings, and workshops 
Lead and train a local sales team 
Handle daily follow-ups and product registration 
Monitor market trends and report sales performance 

Requirements 

Proven sales success in Bangladesh healthcare market 
Strong knowledge of local distributors, HCPs, and regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills 
Bachelor's in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field 
Fluent in English; extensive travel required
